Bookstore: Assist in the bookstore. Customer service skills are essential. These volunteers report to the national staff. There will need to be two volunteers while the bookstore is open throughout the convention. Suggested time block is two hours.
Exhibits: Assist the national staff and exhibitors. Will need one volunteer throughout the convention. Suggested time block is two hours.
Foresters Fund: Assist the Foresters Fund Committee. Will need two to three people throughout the convention. Suggested time block is two hours.
Hospitality Room: Staff the hospitality room by assisting attendees. Will need one volunteer throughout the convention. Suggested time block is two hours.
Hot Shot: Serve on call for whatever unplanned needs arise. You will need to have good customer service skills and be flexible. These volunteers report to the national staff. There will need to be one Hot Shot on call throughout the convention. Suggested time block is four hours.
Registration: Staff the pre-registration counters. You will need to have good customer service skills. These volunteers report to the national staff. The will be a need for three to four registration volunteers throughout the convention. Suggested time block is four hours. Registration will begin on Wednesday, the day before the start of the convention.
Speaker Ready Room: Assist the speakers prior to their presentations. Basic knowledge of computer skills is helpful but not essential. These volunteers report to the national staff. There will need to be one volunteer on call during the main sessions. Suggested time block is two hours.
